For designs with critical register of bleeds and minimum image shift of borders. Letterpress needs a larger one-up sheet than high die cutting.
Selected ECS envelope templates are available for letterpress die cutting. Call us if the envelope you need is not listed. Specialty envelopes with custom flap designs may also be made using a steel rule die.
The pink dimension is the required grain direction. Grain wrong setup will apply. A larger press sheet than the one-up minimum is fine.
